Billing & File Management Administrator
MBM Intellectual Property Law LLP is looking to add a full-time Billing & File Management Administrator to its team!
In this role, you will work alongside our professionals and in-house finance department to generate client invoices. You will also provide administrative support for client files. Our ideal candidate will hold a post-secondary diploma/certificate in law clerk studies, paralegal studies, legal assistance, office administration, business, finance and/or accounting. No prior billing or office administration experience is required. All you need to succeed in this position is an excellent attention to detail, a great organizational sense and the drive to learn.
