Dealer Support Specialist
McCloskey International leads the screening and crushing industry with a complete line of equipment including crushers, vibrating screeners, trommels and stacking conveyors. Built with power and durability as standards, our products are deployed in a wide range of industries around the world. We currently operate across 4 manufacturing sites globally and we continue to grow our market share.
We currently seek to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented team member for our Dealer Support Team. The role of the Dealer Support Specialist is to provide ongoing support to the Americas partner network.
JOB DUTIES
Dealer Support
- Support dealer inquiries and requests for order information.
- Process and support Tacton CPQ requirements.
- Support Business Relations Managers with production requests.
- Prepare biweekly active orders for dealers.
- Work with internal partners to provide the best possible sales support to external partners.
Order Processing
- Open and maintain Sales Orders relating to machine production job orders.
- Issue order confirmations to customers and advise anticipated lead times for completion.
- Prepare and Issue Purchase Orders for inter-company orders for machines.
- Prepare documentation for related orders.
- Create and maintain sales related information on production scheduling boards (Leankit)
- Relay production updates to related partners in all aspect’s orders and transport.
- Create and maintain central audit files as per Metso Outotec’s internal requirements.
- Prepare global documentation requirements related to EPA regulations.
Finance
- Prepare and issue final invoices for machine orders
- Prepare documentation for requests for credit notes to be issued by finance.
- Responsible for collection of current accounts receivable and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Process requests for related finance requirements for machine purchases.
- Verify machine history to provide information to partners and internal personnel as required.
- Prepare biweekly Accounts Receivable reports for customers.
- Month end processing and reporting as required.
General
- Some travel may be required (1-2 international trips per year).
- Maintain 5S (Sort, Straighten, Scrub, Standardize and Sustain) within work area.
- Work in compliance with all administrative, health & safety policies and procedures as per legislative requirements and as outlined in company policies.
- Assist with special projects as required. May be assigned to other areas of operations, based on business or customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-starter
- Second language is an asset (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Knowledge of the aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry
- Experience with EPR (Epicor) and Tacton CPQ systems considered an asset.
- Excellent Office 365 skills
- Outstanding communication skills (oral/ written)
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
