What You’ll Be Doing
Enter payment applications
Enter Accounts Receivables debit and credit memos
Enter cash transactions
Daily bank reconciliation
Other responsibilities as required
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with post-secondary training in accounting or office administration
Knowledge of accounting processes
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Good customer and communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail is a must
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
An analytical mind, good number sense and the ability to learn new accounting software quickly (Dynamics SL)
Ability to work independently and take initiative, and to function effectively without continuous direction
