McElhanney has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Surveyor to grow and develop in the world of construction inspection, construction management, leadership, and client management skills. Come join our team in Langley, BC where you will be a key player in supporting our ongoing projects and expanding our services for existing and prospective clients throughout BC. You are a self-motivated problem solver excelling in a client-facing role that allows you to think on the spot. Our team services the entire province of British Columbia and requires someone with the ability to travel to service our assignments.
As this position is part of our Langley Branch, preference will be given to candidates who are based locally. Consideration will be given to candidates from other geographical locations.
Our construction management team provides a wide variety of services for the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, including, highways, roads, bridges, and interchanges (Value of $1M to +$50M. The staff are a trusted and essential component of the project delivery team for the Ministry, taking the project from concept and constructability, through tendering and construction.
