Role Overview: As a Law Clerk in our personal injury practice, you will play a crucial role in assisting our legal team in advocating for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents under the supervision of our lawyers.
- Assisting with the preparation of court filings, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
- Managing and organizing case files, including medical records, correspondence, and evidence.
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather information and facilitate communication.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or certificate in Law Clerk Studies or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a legal environment, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction.
- Knowledge of both accident benefits and tort claims
