Résumé de l’emploi
Relevant du Gestionnaire, crédit corporatif et services financiers, l’Analyste Crédit sera responsable d’opérations relatives à la révision des comptes majeurs et à la publication des sûretés. Cette fonction inclut de travailler étroitement avec les régions afin de coordonner la transmission des informations sur les comptes-clients et les sûretés. L’Analyste Crédit sera également responsable de supporter les activités de fin de période et d’assister le département dans différentes fonctions.
Responsabilités spécifiques
Coordonner les activités concernant les révisions des comptes majeurs; rassembler tous les renseignements nécessaires, obtenir les enquêtes de crédit et les informations (contrats, ventes, historique de paiements), analyser les états financiers, et ce, afin de recommander les limites de crédit appropriées en fonction du niveau de risque. Préparer les rapports sommaires relatifs aux paiements; compiler les paiements hebdomadaires, extraire les données de SAP, analyser et réconcilier les écarts. Publier les sûretés dans les registres provinciaux; faire les recherches corporatives, vérifier les informations, envoyer les avis, maintenir le fichier des publications et assurer les renouvellements en temps opportun des sûretés Coordonner le processus de gestion des documents relatifs aux sûretés et aux diverses ententes intervenues avec les banques. Maintenir à jour le répertoire commun du département avec tous les rapports et documents standards appropriés. Supporter les activités concernant les rapports de fin de période; rassembler tous les renseignements nécessaires, développer de nouveaux rapports au besoin, faire le suivi avec les différents intervenants, consolider les informations et assurer l’exactitude des rapports. Assurer le respect des échéances et le suivi des autorisations avec tous les niveaux de l’organisation. Assister le Manager, crédit corporatif et services financiers selon les besoins.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Credit and Financial Services, the Credit Analyst will be responsible to manage the operations related to major account reviews and securities registration. This will include working in liaison with regions in order to coordinate customers and securities information. The Credit Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the period-end activities as well as other functions assisting the department.
Specific Responsibilities
Coordinate major account review activities; gather all necessary information, obtain credit inquiries and information (contracts, sales, payment history), analyze financial statements, in order to recommend appropriate credit limits based on risk level. Prepare summary payment reports; compile weekly payments, extract SAP data, analyze and reconcile discrepancies. Publish security interests in provincial registries; conduct corporate research, verify information, send notices, maintain publication file and ensure timely renewal of security interests. Coordinate the document management process relating to securities and various agreements with banks. Maintain the department’s common directory with all appropriate standard reports and documents. Support end-of-period reporting activities; gather all necessary information, develop new reports as required, follow-up with stakeholders, consolidate information and ensure accuracy of reporting. Respect deadlines and follow-up on authorizations with all levels of the organization. Assist the Manager Finance, Corporate Credit and Financial Services as required.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
