Responsabilités

• Création d’expériences d’apprentissage dans différents formats, formation dirigée par un instructeur (virtuelle et en personne) ou formation en ligne à votre rythme, pour les utilisateurs finaux d’équipements d’automatisation (personnel de pharmacie et d’hôpital). La formation est offerte aux utilisateurs partout au Canada en anglais et en français.
• Construire des évaluations pour s’assurer que les apprenants ont été correctement préparés à utiliser la technologie McKesson Automation
• Communiquer avec les clients pour définir la logistique de formation (dates, vols, hôtel, etc.)
• Recueillir les commentaires des sessions de formation pour améliorer l’efficacité de la formation et les produits
• Établir des relations avec les PME pour créer des contours de contenu, la création de contenu, des lancements de produits et d’autres travaux

Exigences

• Minimum 3-5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de formation
• Capacité à communiquer de manière concise des informations techniques à des publics techniques et non techniques
• Baccalauréat ou expérience de travail pertinente
• Connaissance des plateformes d’apprentissage en ligne telles que Absorb, Storyline, Articulate, Rise
• Excellentes compétences en communication et compétences interpersonnelles pour prospérer dans un environnement axé sur le client

As a trainer you are welcoming our clients to the family as a long term relationship. You will be responsible to provide training for internal and external customers. Training is done remotely, in person and on occasion by traveling to their site. You will also help develop our online learning platform.

Responsibilities

• Creating learning experiences in different formats, instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), or self-paced online training, for end users of Automation equipment (pharmacy and hospital staff).
• Training is provided to users across Canada in both English and French.
• Build assessments to ensure learners have been adequately prepared to use McKesson Automation technology
• Communicate with customers to set training logistics (dates, flights, hotel, etc)
• Gather feedback from training sessions to improve training efficiency and the products
• Establish relationships with SMEs to create content outlines, content creation, product launches and other work

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a training role
• Ability to concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of online learning platforms such as Absorb, Storyline, Articulate, Rise
• Superb communication skills and interpersonal skills to thrive in a customer focused environment

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$53,900 – $89,800
