We are looking for a Global Talent Success Partner (“GTSP”) to join our team. Someone results-driven, strategy-focused, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to build or optimize global talent success initiatives. Someone bold, caring, connected, and who can be trusted with the autonomy to effectively partner with the business and candidates, to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience that sets everyone up to succeed and thrive.
You are a full cycle HR generalist whizz! You’re passionate about making connections with people and delivering an exceptional experience to your business groups. This role would be responsible for full cycle recruitment (we have external sourcing support), onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, policy development, and talent optimization.
You must be a good listener to ensure you understand all the nuances of our business. You are a clear, concise, and candid communicator who quickly earns credibility with people of all backgrounds and levels inside and outside of the organization. You act inclusively and collaboratively in an organization that brings together many different perspectives and skillsets worldwide.
You have a global mindset, sense of urgency for goal achievement, and are growth oriented. You can see the big picture and company-wide needs while driving international connection and collaboration. You embody our values and will help drive our culture.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Full cycle internal and external recruitment, for the defined business group. Through external sourcing support, you effectively build the talent pipeline for future roles through Breezy HR.
Take a holistic view of the global company needs – breaking down silos, increasing connection, and optimizing processes when identifying and prioritizing the needs of the business units.
Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned team(s) around talent issues they are facing, including organizational design, role definition, career development, compensation, management & leadership mentoring, and change management.
Understand individual business unit’s strategic goals and work collaboratively with leaders to implement Talent Success strategies to support those objectives.
Leverage coaching skills to assist employees and managers through development and performance matters.
In alignment with our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging best practices, you will arm leaders with the tools and education to effectively recruit, retain, and engage their staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our global talent success programs, policies, and recruitment best practices to keep the organization informed of new developments and key market trends.
Identify trends and themes across the team and recommend modifications to existing talent programs and processes or, in some cases, the creation of new ones.
Assist with GTS projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years HR generalist experience (SaaS industry is an asset but not required).
Working as a HR Business Advisor/Partner, Human Resources Lead, HR Manager, or similar role.
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business.
CPHR designation would be considered an asset.
Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others while accepting and adopting a different opinion that may conflict where applicable.
The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.
Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience partnering closely with business leaders and team members to develop strong relationships, provide superior service, effectively manage expectations, and deliver an elevated stakeholder experience.
Experience leveraging technology to create effective processes, efficiencies, and metrics.
An aptitude for learning technical information as it relates to the business.
