We are looking for a self-motivated team player to be responsible for Order Entry and Invoicing.

Responsible & Accountable for:

• Order Entry & Credit Cards
• Invoicing and Shipping documents
• Shipment Coordination & Freight estimates
• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Quotes if needed to support sales team

Experience & Education:

• DEC, BAC or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years experience in an Invoicing, Operations or Quoting role.
• 2-4 years experience in Distribution or Manufacturing.

Skills:

• Proven attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work & communicate with Customers, Vendors & Management team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Manages priorities efficiently and independently.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Excellent proficiency in English, written and spoken (French is an asset)

Salary: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
