We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team. As a core member of our small yet capable administration team the Office Manager will require a diverse and adaptable skill set to support all company initiatives on our mission to become Canada’s leading premier meat processor.

Main Duties
The Office Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of our office environment including its staff members. They will be responsible for the delivery of all administrative functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. They will be responsible to manage Full Cycle Human Resources for their direct reports as well as coordinating and implementing office Policies Procedures, Client and Vendor Management.
Requirements
5+ years experience in similar role, 2+ managing staff
Relevant degree or diploma a strong asset
Proven experience delivering results in a similar environment
Tech Savvy, open to learning and relearning new things and incorporating technology to improve business processes
Relevant experience with iOS, iPadOS, BlackBerry Dynamics / UEM, Zoho, Office365, FileMaker
Excellent knowledge collaboration platforms such as Samepage, Quip, Slack or other similar software
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 8 am- 5 pm, with occasional requirement to work outside regular work hours or weekends
