Our team of 700+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.
The Role:
The Business Systems Analyst’s role is to work closely with key business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure the overall successful delivery of solutions to work within the Clinic and Corporation Application Team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing new technical features and implementing systems to meet business requirements, while also supporting existing production capabilities. The candidate can also expect to participate in defining user stories, business process change management, incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-implementation support.
Individuals that demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and take accountability and ownership of tasks will be a great fit for the team and position.

This is a full-time position that is scheduled primarily during business hours Monday through Friday in a hybrid environment with 2 days/week in the office at 150 York St in downtown Toronto.
