The Role:
Medcan is currently recruiting for a Medical Client Service Coordinator for the Patient Support Centre team in a full-time position . The ideal candidate is an experienced Medical Administrative professional who possesses excellent communication and client service skills and has an appreciation and aptitude for attention to detail. The role is primarily responsible for various administrative functions, proof reading and assessing accurate and comprehensive Annual Health Assessment reports, scheduling follow up post Health Assessment appointments, troubleshooting myMedcan inquires and directing the flow of inbound switchboard phone calls for Medcan clients. This is a full-time role with a possibility of work on weekends if the need should arise. The role reports to the Manager, Client Service Coordinator.

This is a full-time position that is scheduled primarily during business hours Monday through Friday. The position will have a hybrid work set-up with opportunity to work from home and in the office.
