The Role:
The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for an enthusiastic, well-spoken and client focused individual to join our internal sales team and develop into an outstanding ambassador for our services. This highly visible role contributes to the foundation of our core business. We are seeking a self-motivated and results oriented professional with great communication skills.
The Membership Specialist role is responsible for booking Medcan’s Annual Health Assessment in conjunction to our Membership offerings while also promoting our 15+ in-house services.
The Accountabilities:
This role is expected to maintain a predetermined average number of daily sales and will be part of a high performing team of agents.
Attend all qualification meetings and sales debriefs
Responsible for scheduling Annual Health Assessments (AHA) for existing and new clients
Expected to up-sell additional services alongside the AHA – Health and Wellness promotion
Timely & organized client follow-ups via phone or email.
Coordinating with other department staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
Client relationship management and 5-star customer service delivery
Exceptional verbal and written communication when speaking to senior executive and corporate decision makers
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, health or a related discipline
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Internal Sales Rep position
Some background in client service (phone or in-person) and/or client loyalty will be a strong asset
Persistent attitude, numbers driven & self-motivated
Experience in achieving sales requirements (Volume based work)
Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook & Salesforce is an asset.
This is a permanent, full time position that offers a hybrid work environment between in office at our 150 York St location, and WFH.
