The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator is a key member of the P&C team who supports the day-to-day activities of the department. This individual provides ongoing administrative support in a variety of functions including, recordkeeping, onboarding, recruitment, growth & development, total rewards, wellness/health/safety among others. This role requires a friendly, professional and discreet approach in order to enhance the new & current employee experience. This role reports directly to the Director, P&C.
