• The Training and Education Specialist is a customer-facing full-time position responsible for Education and Training programs for toincreasetechnologyandproductadoption to improve patient outcomes. . ThereisalsoastrongfocustoengageHCPs participating in Medtronic-sponsored programs in a robust educational dialogue regardingtheCompany’sproduct(s)&therapeuticareasoffocus.

MAINJOBDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES(mayincludethefollowingandotherdutiesmaybe assigned):

• Plans,develops,andcoordinatesin-houseproduct trainingprogramsforfield support personnelandcustomers.
• Obtainsinformation neededtopreparein-housetrainingprograms; preparestrainingmaterials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the developmentoftrainingaids.
• Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
• Maintainscommunicationwithcustomerstoensureeffectivenessof training.
• Mayutilizetrainerswithtechnicalexpertise.
• Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical informationuptodate.
• Responsible for reporting complaints andAdverseDrugReactions(ADR)
• Formulatesandexecutestrainingandeducationprograms,includingobjectivesetting,curriculumandmaterialdevelopment,instructionmethodologyandkeysuccessmeasurementindicators
• Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.

Required Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’sdegree,or;
• Advanceddegree

Jobexperience

• Minimumof2yearsofrelevantexperience,withbachelor’sdegreeor;
• Nominimumyearsofrelevantexperience,withadvanceddegree

Skills/Competencies

• Proven effectiveness in planning, coordinating with and reporting activities to Operations Head
• Ability to demonstrate impact and success achieved as an educator in measurablyimprovingperformanceandcompliancetotargetoperatingand/orservicestandards
• Provencommunication,listeningandmotivationalskills
• Experienceindigitaltrainingplatforms
• E-learning
• SkilledPresenter-Experiencetrainingbiggroupsofpeople.
