Meltwich Food Co. is looking to add a passionate individual to our fast-paced Halal restaurant that specializes in sandwiches, burgers, and poutine. We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for menu.

Location: Brampton, ON

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $15-$16 per hour.

COVID-19 considerations: Mask is needed.

Working hours: 1030 am-1 am

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

• Oversee kitchen operations

• Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment

• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Requirements:

• Legally able to work in Canada

• Food and Handling certification
