Description
Greet all guests in courteous and professional manner.
Provide support to our Executive Team and colleagues.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors and internal staff.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
Drive to three mail locations to pick up daily mail and retrieve certified mail deliveries.
Open all incoming mail for the departments of payroll, benefits, AP and AR.
Stamp and scan AP mail and delegate to the appropriate folders for AP clerks to process.
Maintain office supply list and restock for reception area & inform Manager of when to order.
Maintain facilities and kitchen areas for the SSC service center.
Manage a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.
Complete other assigned tasks and high-level accuracy with documents (scanning and filing included).
Required skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting software
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
Must be detailed oriented and organized
Personable and professional demeanour
Have the ability to multi-task and work independently
Absolute discreteness in receiving and handling sensitive information.
