Metabolite Clinic is a new virtual obesity medicine clinic in Ontario that is rapidly growing. The clinic is run by Obesity & Internal Medicine Specialists and is fully funded by OHIP. The focus at Metabolite is to treat patients dealing with obesity and metabolic syndrome. The physicians work closely with family doctors across Ontario to provide close monitoring of patient’s weight loss journey and other chronic illnesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at the Metabolite Clinic. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling, making new patient charts, new + follow up appointments, answer phone calls between 9 am – 4 pm, responding to e-mails, & submitting e-claims.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
