The ideal candidate is analytical and has a proven track record of success in B2B healthcare marketing and a passion for driving growth and engagement
Requirements
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
-
5+ years experience in marketing profession in Healthcare
-
Strong written and communication skills
-
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing in Healthcare
-
Experience with both print and digital marketing
-
Ability to effectively solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously
-
Keen ability to communicate and market value propositions and opportunities to multiple stakeholders
-
Solid understanding of branding and how to communicate
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-
Ability to comfortably work in a technology startup environment
-
Experience with marketing to customer and prospect channels
-
experience creating marketing campaigns with strong “calls to action” and responses from target market(s).
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the healthcare industry
-
Oversee all marketing-related activities in terms of communication, style, content, timing and execution to ensure they align with the company’s needs to produce best in class results
-
Develop case studies, white papers and marketing materials.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and success
-
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics
-
Develop training materials such as help articles, cheat sheets, video scripts, workflows and manuals
-
Develop short and long term goals with measurable KPIs
-
Coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns with tracking systems
-
Research and maintain management and corporate identity
-
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
-
Work with the team to produce effective content and convert traffic to sales by understanding industry trends and customer mindsets
-
Manage the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy
-
Organize weekly team and management meetings and reporting on all marketing activities
-
Manage planning logistics, organize onsite events, corporate symposia, and order conference materials
-
Support sales with vendor shows, conferences, workshops, etc.
Bonus Qualifications

SEO and PPC experience
-
Experience with CRM software (ideally HubSpot, SalesForce, Zendesk and Thinkific)

Digital health industry knowledge
-
SaaS experience
-
Basic HTML knowledge
