Specific Responsibilities: • Review historical margin rates by store, by department and investigate any fluctuations from history to determine if entry errors were made. Validate the calculated corrections and adjustments made.• Preparation, calculation and validation of perishable inventories.• Monitor DSD events to ensure inventories are calculated with correct invoice costing.• On a daily basis complete the unmatched report to ensure accuracy in invoice billing.• Investigate all billing discrepancies and prepare all issues for processing for AP.• Sort and file store mail on a weekly basis.• Communicate with stores regarding any matching issues.• Keep supervisor informed of any issues that are related to the matching process Qualifications:• College study (1 years) in accounting/business related field.• PC literate with intermediate level in Excel and Word• SAP, EXE and AS400 knowledge would be an asset.• Previous experience in warehouse accounting and/or inventory control considered an asset. #LI-Hybrid Metro values, respects and leverages the differences and competences of all employees from a variety of different backgrounds.
