Pay Range: $28.16 – $29.33 per hour. Your hourly rate will be based on level of education completed.
Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. The Metrolinx Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for a motivated intern to join us as an Intern, Talent Brand & Strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards, you will play an integral role in promoting Metrolinx’s unique employee value proposition to help deliver our recruiting goals. As Intern, Talent Brand & Strategy, you will have responsibility for the interaction and partnership with marketing and talent acquisition colleagues to develop and execute segmented marketing strategies designed to attract top talent.
As Intern, Talent Brand & Strategy, you will lead the end-to-end integrated campaign planning process from strategy and creative development to production, communication, and execution. In this role you will play a key part in building brand awareness and consideration with talent Canada and globally.
The successful candidate has some experience building integrated media campaigns including, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Print, Digital and Social and tracking ROI. They thrive as a self-starter who performs their best when challenged with new and diverse opportunities.
