What You’ll Do:
In the Counter Sales role at MGM Electric, you will be the frontline of customer service, handling both walk-in and phone-in orders with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing the entire order process from processing to packaging, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for each customer. Additionally, you’ll maintain and organize the sales showroom, presenting our products in an appealing and accessible manner. Your role is crucial in providing expert advice and sharing product knowledge, helping customers make informed decisions. Working collaboratively within a team, you’ll contribute to achieving sales goals and upholding MGM Electric’s standard of service excellence.
Who You Are
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional who excels in a sales environment. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships, and comfortable with the technical aspects of electrical products. An ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a willingness to continuously learn and grow are essential.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of related experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dryden, Ontario.
Bonus Requirements
- Experience in electrical sales or related industry.
- Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
