Responsibilities Include:
Site clean-up includes coming in behind different subcontractors to clean up their messes and prepping the area for the next subcontractor. For example, once the flooring contractors complete their work, clean-up workers get the property ready for the painters, cabinetry workers or whichever subcontractor is coming in next.
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures.
- A team player who works well with others or on your own
- Hard hat and steel toe work boots
- Must be reliable and ready to work
This position offers a competitive wage, a great working environment and can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time (hours can vary from 32 to 44 hours a week)
Experience:
Construction: Preferred but not required
Education:
Secondary School (Preferred)
