The Accountant’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Processing the payroll for roughly 150 – 200 staff members
- Processing the payroll for hourly, salaries and temp employees in Ontario and the US.
- Payroll journal entries
- Statutory calculations for Ontario
- Overtime calculations
- Assist with the accounts payable
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Any other ad hock finance functions or projects

- 2 – 3 years’ experience in finance
- Payroll experience is essential (specifically for hourly employees in Ontario)
- AP and AR experience
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance will be beneficial
