• A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions & integrations
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders
• Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies
• Ability to document current process and understanding of BPMN notations.
• General Ledger; Project Accounting; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Fixed Asset
• Experience in Service, project, HR and Payrolls
• Ability to translate current business processes and demonstrate as prototype in F&O
• Microsoft CE and Integration Tools experience would be an advantage as well.
• Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
• Be a mentor and guide to junior team members and coordinate with them to deliver against commitments.
• Awareness and high-level understanding of current business applications and technologies and lead the team by giving them the required technical and functional knowledge
• Ability to communicate strategic business approach at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table
• Have a customer-centric and consultative approach
• Performing functional tasks in the project as per Sure Step Methodology
• Project Documentation such as FRD, Fit/Gap Analysis, FDD, User Manual, etc.,
• Business Process Design and documentation as per client requirements
• Providing solutions to customer requirements using the Industry best practices
• Identify Resolve Client Concerns in terms of the Implementation, development Support
• Must handle full cycle implementation support projects, and Add-on Module developments as per the requirements and directions of the company
• Analyzing business processes and requirements in AX Modules
• Preparing functional design specification documents and design AX modifications
• Must have expertise of working in D365 F O

• Experience and strong working knowledge across key Finance modules. Current Certifications are preferred
• Emphasis in Accounting is preferred.
