Location: Peel Region, ON

Length of Assignment: Temporary

Salary: $17 – $18/hr

This position is in office.

Job Description

• Contacting customers via phone or email.
• Assisting with payment arrangements.
• Offering superior customer service while achieving collection goals.
• Tracking and documenting all calls and action plans.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Entering and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner (>200 invoices per day)

Required Skills

• 1 year working in collection or CSR, must have some experience with Billing Customers
• College certificate or diploma – Business related (Finance, Accounting,
• Administration)
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office
