Mike Fair Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. is a family owned automotive dealership looking for highly motivated individuals to join our service team. With over 30 years serving the Smiths Falls, Perth, and surrounding areas we are looking for career-minded self starters.
Main duties include:
- Handling daily customer visits in the service drive thru, greeting guests upon arrival and managing their service visit.
- Assisting in the diagnosis of customer vehicle issues, inspecting vehicles, and documenting customer issues as required.
- Reviewing and selling required and recommended service repair and maintenance work.
- Processing all customer repair order paperwork and handling payment.
- Establish clear pricing and time estimates and ensure promise time commitments are met.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers both externally and internally.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Support the service team with other tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant or similar (GM experience preferred)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Proficient computer skills
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic
