Job Summary
The Main Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers. It requires someone that can balance multiple clients at one time, and do it with a smile on their face. Answering multi-line phone system in a friendly and professional manner, directing all calls to the appropriate party. Promptly greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner in person as they enter the showroom. Complete a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.
This position is also responsible for scheduling, training, and coaching two part-time Receptionists.
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday 7:30a-4:00p and Friday 7:30a-6:00p
