Mindsession Psychology Services est à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) entièrement bilingue (anglais/français), dévoué, diligent et empathique basé à Montréal, avec une expérience en relation avec la clientèle.
Vous serez responsable de toutes les tâches administratives et des tâches liées à la gestion des patients, à la facturation et à la planification. Vous pouvez occasionnellement être appelé à assister le directeur dans des tâches administratives, organisationnelles, opérationnelles ou personnelles.
Il s’agit d’un travail à domicile, les horaires sont flexibles, vous travaillerez environ 12-18 heures/semaine total. Job description
Mindsession Psychology Services is seeking a fully bilingual (English/French), dedicated, diligent, and empathetic Administrative Assistant based in Montreal,with customer relations experience.
You will be responsible for all administrative tasks and duties involved with patient management, billing, and scheduling. You may occasionally be called to assist the director with administrative, organizational, operational, or personal tasks.

Must have a working computer, phone, and internet connection
Must have a private quiet space to work and manage calls
