Fabulous full time opportunity for a Dental Receptionist at our busy Queen Street West location. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, has a customer service focus, is organized, detail oriented and is open to learning. We are a closely knit team of professionals who work hard and also love to have fun while we work. We would prefer that you have dental experience (Abeldent is an asset) but are willing to train the right candidate. Some of your daily tasks include:
- greeting/dismissing patients
- telephone/email/text communication with our patients
- productive scheduling
- recall management
- communication with insurance companies
The position is full time including one Saturday per month and a couple of evenings. We have great perks which encourage a healthy work/life balance
