We are in search of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our upbeat, fast paced team immediately. Mirage is a full-service pool company proudly serving Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding area for over 20 years. Our Service department specializes in everything from pool openings, closings and routine maintenance to equipment overhauls, new liner installations, saltwater conversions, leak detection and more!
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be our customers primary point of contact via phone and email. You will need to assist in managing incoming calls, and customer service inquiries. As well as customer bookings, follow-up calls, and taking down detailed messages when you need to pass along an inquiry or question to one of our senior staff. This role will have you working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday in our peak seasons. We pride ourselves on 5-star customer service and only strive to keep excelling as the seasons pass. CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Primary Responsibilities
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls & emails.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
· Schedule services, installations, and follow-ups through our POS system
· Log accurate notes and communication in customer profiles
· Learn the basics of our services to be able to explain to customers
Job Specific Requirements
· Communication skills and a pleasant demeanour
· Previous experience in similar CSR role, 2 years minimum preferred
· Attention to detail, able to provide clear written communication to customers
· Ability to multitask while staying organized and manage your time effectively
· Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a short time period
