We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing strategy and will excel at managing large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Communication, the Marketing Manager’s strategies will directly impact corporate brand, sales, leasing, partnerships, and sponsorships. What you’ll do:
Manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including creative development.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies for all launches.
Collaborate with multiple departments to develop innovative tools for project launches and in-tempo needs.
Champion the brand internally through training for employees and external partners.
Work with the Marketing Project Manager to manage marketing budgets, schedules, and critical deadlines.
Provide clear communication and updates on projects to multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on reports to evaluate ROI of marketing plans.
Stay current with industry standards and trends.
Other duties as necessary.
What you’ll have:
5 + years of experience as a Marketing Manager
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communication, or a related industry
Project management experience and ability to oversee multiple large projects simultaneously
Real estate industry experience, particularly with multi-family housing, would be an asset
Graphic design plus working knowledge of floorplans, renderings, and large-scale exterior signage would be as asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to see a project from macro to micro to best determine execution strategy
Ability to write copy for advertisement, social media, and blogs
Ability to analyze data and patterns, and formulate strategies and insights
A can-do, take-charge attitude
Ability to handle a high stress in an environment with constant changes, including sometimes last minute changes
Working knowledge of graphic design software, Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
Ability to work flexible days and hours when needed
Have a valid drivers license
