MNG INTERNATIONAL INC. Looking for Marketing Manager at Brampton, ON Full Time

We are looking for:

· 2 years sales minimum

· Experience in the food & beverage, Industrial or pharmaceutical sales is an asset

· Self-starter, ability to work autonomously while respecting guidelines and goals communicated

· Exemplary negotiation and relationship building skills

· Customer centric attitude a must

· Excellent face to face and telephone presentation abilities

· Good Computer skills and social media proficient a plus

· Organized reporting skills

· Sales force or similar DSM system experience a plus

· Attendance at industry trade shows required on as needed basis

· Valid Driver’s Licence

· Results and solution focused, with strong problem solving and time management skills

· Ability to communicate the company’s core values in an effective manner, to create a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

· Solid computer skills including effective use of Outlook calendar, CRM tool, Excel; and the ability to quickly learn new systems

The ideal Sales Associate will:

• Working closely with the Sales Managers as well as Sales Associates to establish, nurture and grow significant relationships and business
• Facilitate solutions to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Act as a “go to” for all accounts. Build relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Organize time logically and efficiently to maximize productivity and daily sales output.
• Provide customers with superior knowledge of all the product lines and services available
• Guide customers through the decision-making process on what product best fits their needs
• Provide follow up service and guidance

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Business, or related subject
• Knowledge and experience selling in North American CPG food industry: Food Service, Industrial & Retail Sales
• Strong understanding of account planning processes (planning, objective setting, presentations, negotiation)
• Outstanding selling, negotiating and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$29.20 per hour
