Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR leadership to research, develop, communicate and implement HR strategies, initiatives and programs
Administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) processes, tools and templates that promote a culture of inclusivity
Conduct industry research and establish best practices to support DE&I; continually enhance and update knowledge, and advise leadership on current and future trends
Engage with a variety of stakeholders to embed DE&I practices into talent and people processes including recruitment, performance development and wellness
Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on MNP’s internal website
Create and analyze strategic DE&I metrics, reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and inform strategies
Draft templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks and Word documents, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or other related field
CPHR designation is considered an asset
5 years of demonstrated HR experience is preferred
Experience in a role directly related to DE&I is preferred
Knowledge of DE&I practices, processes and tools with the ability to turn theory into practical and meaningful action
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities in articulating clear and compelling messaging, and tackling complex or sensitive topics
