The base salary for this role is: $60,000-$80,000

What you’ll do:
- Generate evocative, innovative creative ideas, both independently and in collaboration with our design director, marketing team, and our founder
- Define and evolve our brand’s visual language based on our brand initiatives and strategic positioning
- Craft compelling animated and static visuals for a variety of platforms
- Explore and experiment with new concepts that make our brand relevant, relatable, and revolutionary
- Bring our brand to life through visuals across our touchpoints, like our app, social media, website, emails, and print media
- Manage design projects, both independently and collaboratively
- Be a brand ambassador for Mogo, immerse yourself in our products, promote the brand within your circle, and provide invaluable feedback for continual improvement
What you’ll need:
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your digital work
- Actively incorporating insights and feedback to refine and elevate designs while offering constructive feedback for others
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma
- Experience with Webflow with design and landing page development
- Problem-solving capabilities with good judgment and analytical skills
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
