The Headlines :
The Customer Operations Manager, working in Toronto, will be part of the Commercial Operations team. They will be responsible for driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives that deliver value to our commercial organization and frontline sales team. They will plan and implement important operational strategies and tactics in our commercialization process ensuring flawless execution in market, directly impacting our overall business performance. They will identify and find solutions for reoccurring issues impacting our ability to provide best-in-class service to our customers.
This position reports to the Sr Manager Customer Operations & Experience and works closely with many stakeholders across the organization.
The Responsibilities:
Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
Strategic initiatives: Regularly partner with stakeholders (supplychain, PMO, demand planning/forecasting, brand, and sales) at all levels to lead commercial to supply process improvements to streamline decision-making, communication, and overall remove barriers for commercial activity execution
Sales planning: working with regional leads to log, monitor, and report status of monthly launch and promotional activity, and/or other strategic market actions, working with cross-functional teams (PMO, Supply Chain, Revenue Management, and Brand) to ensure flawless execution in market
Salesoperations: working with regional leads to provide supply inventory reporting and analysis to support sales teams, working with Supply Chain to obtain status, aiming to reduce out of stocks and mitigate commercial risk
Product management: support for quality issues including product recalls, distributor auditprocesses,and shelf-life and/or shipping policies
Supportingregional Commercial Readiness and Sales & Operations meetings and the flow of information between sales and supply chain to a) receive information about key issues in market (from sales); b) feed these issues into supply chain teams; and c) loop solutions and messaging back into sales teams to create customer-facing communication.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
You have5+ yearsof progressive experience across supply chain and sales (CPG industry experience is a bonus)
