Montact is a young and rapidly growing residential leasing agency with over 1200 active listings. We work in partnerships with the biggest developers, investors and property management companies in Montreal. We are currently a team of 7 people and are looking for one more dynamic person to add on!
Role Description
This is an on-site Real Estate Leasing intern role located in Montreal, QC. The Real Estate Leasing intern will assist in various leasing activities such as conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and working alongside the leasing team to understand the rental market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct apartment visits with prospective tenants.
- Real Estate Marketing
- Process prospective tenants’ rental applications.
- Prepare required documents for prospective tenants.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information.
Qualifications
- Interest in Real Estate and Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and other team members
- Ability to multitask effectively and must be organized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct research and analyze data
- Go-Getter attitude!
