Receptionists wanted at the Montreal Fertility Centre.
We are a private state-of-the-art fertility centre that provides highly personalized care. We are located on de Maisonneuve West, near metro Vendome.
Interested candidates must be completely fluent in both French and English and be at ease with telephone and electronic medical record systems.
Responsibilities will include welcoming patients, answering the phone and booking patient appointments and responding to patient inquiries.
We are looking for team players who are skilled at communicating in person and by telephone, who work hard, can multi-task and are responsible and professional. Above all empathy and politeness towards patients is a must.
This is a full time position (Monday through Friday) intended for someone looking for long term employment.
