Morrey Nissan Infiniti of Burnaby is currently seeking a Parts Driver to join our high volume Parts Department.
Requirements
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver wholesale orders efficiently
- Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup
- Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer, as required
- Examine returned parts for defects; exchange defective parts, and process refunds
- Assisting customers in the selection of required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Answer customer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
- Receive and fill customer orders, in person or over the telephone
- Place new merchandise on display
- Maintain records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
- Follow all quality control processes and procedures
- Stay current on new products and product updates through on site and internet based learning
- Follow all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials
- Ensure a high level of service to all internal and external customers
Job requirements include:
- 1 year parts experience is an asset
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong computer skills. Experience with CDK is an asset
- A passion for customer service.
- A team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
