Mortgage Alliance is looking for an experienced, dynamic, result-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding functions. This is a highly visible, critical role within Mortgage Alliance corporate team. In addition to managing full cycle recruitment and onboarding, as we aim to hire the best talent, and provide an environment that promotes opportunity for growth both personally and professionally, this position will also help support the team in creating a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing extension of offers, and onboarding.
• Work closely with functional managers for understanding open positions’ technical requirements, assess job specs, building job descriptions for sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding, and orientation.
• Provide oversight and guidance on statutory requirements for staffing/recruitment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent acquisition needs
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviews applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
• Sourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent that will be potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
• Evaluates Talent Acquisition metrics as needed to provide updates to hiring managers
• Establish stakeholder engagements and drive a positive candidate experience.
• Support team in overall operations of Human Resources functions such as litigations, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, contract administration, etc.
• Work with the Human Resources team in establishing a culture of success by promoting a vibrant environment conducive to high-performing business partners.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Min 3 continuous years of recruitment experience preferred
• Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, etc.
• Familiar with Talent Acquisition systems & software, LinkedIn recruitment
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
• Strong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year
