Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to support our operations team in various administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations and contribute to the overall success of Moto Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and assist in various operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
– Collaborate with different departments and team members to gather and update operational data and reports.
– Understand inventory systems and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
– Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations processes.
– Support the operations team in managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
– Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
– Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations of Moto Solutions.
– Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
– Perform technical service work on machinery at our factory and in the field, at the customers.
– Be responsible for outbound and inbound shipments.
Qualifications:
– Valid G licence and clean driving record
– Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.
– Clean, professional appearance.
– Proven experience in an operations coordination or administrative role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
