· Washing and proper sanitizing of all pots, pans, dishes and utensils and other duties assigned
· Ensuring your workstation and Kitchen areas are clean and tidy at all times;
· Completing quality checks on all products before they are served to the public;
· Completing all duties assigned by your Supervisor in a clean, organized and efficient manner;
· Upholding hotel standards, and ensuring areas meet Occupational Health & Safety standards;
