Position Summary
The Service & Warranty Coordinator is responsible for scheduling pre-possession and possession walk through with homeowners, receiving and processing service and warranty requests for work required in our homes, and providing top-level customer experience to our new homeowners. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Coordinator will work to provide valuable post-purchase support and maintain accurate record keeping for all work completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule pre-possession and possession walkthroughs, creating and maintaining accurate records
- Create homeowner possession packages
- Follow up with homeowners at appropriate times and respond to concerns in a timely manner
- Schedule warranty appointments and trade days to provide top quality support
- Provide administrative support with various tasks for field staff
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relative experience
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop preferred but not required
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to handle difficult external situations tactfully and professionally
