MP Psychology is actively recruiting an Office Manager for our clinic in Northwest Edmonton.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Manager is responsible for the general operation of our office. The Office Manager facilitates in creating a collegial office culture and a professional, efficient and welcoming environment for our clients. Duties include:

• Greeting clients
• Answering phone calls, voice mail messages and returning calls within 24 hours.
• Tracking and assigning referrals within 24 hours.
• Tracking paperwork for assessments and communicating with families, caseworkers, and clinicians
• Scoring testing protocols.
• Tracking testing protocol inventory.
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments
• Communicating respectfully with stakeholders, caseworkers etc.
• Maintaining company website and working with website hosting company
• Arranging staff meetings and staff events
• Tasks that maximize productivity
• Maintaining efficient filing systems
• Organize groups
• Create materials to support the work at MP Psychology
• Maintaining a Policy and Procedure Manual for the agency
• Promote MP Psychology in the community
• Manage social media accounts

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Organized, efficient and takes initiative
• Friendly and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in an administrative role is an asset
• Experience in the field of psychology is desirable

MP Psychology offers a competitive salary and other benefits. A criminal record check, child intervention check with vulnerable sector check will be required upon hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
