Job description A new exciting vacancy with our client based in an outstanding rural location just 10 minutes of drive from BridportWe’re looking for a temp-to-perm data entry administrator for a full-time, temp-to-perm role.As a data entry administrator, you would be responsible for inputting a variety of data into the system and making sure that all information is processed correctly and with the attention to detail. You would be working with and amongst the production team giving the data entry support to line leaders and supervisors. Your daily tasks would be to:
- Manage and update data in the database
- Create new data sets and update existing data sets
- Create and maintain reports
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets, as needed
- Maintain security of company information
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with database software would be an advantage
