A real sales professional with experience in the (ERP) software sales. You understand that selling software is different from selling a product; the processes take longer, the content is more complex and involving stakeholders in the internal organization is just as important as those in the external organization. We are a growing company with a relatively new product that appeals enormously in the market, the horticultural sector, and therefore we are actively looking for a new Sales Manager who helps us to further position Agriware outside Europe. In addition to a Sales Manager, a Business Consultant and Consultant will be appointed in Canada. So you are part of a starting team in Canada with a Dutch organization with 100 employers behind it to support you. Together we bring Agriware to the next level!

What are you going to do?
As an International Sales Manager you sell our ERP Business Software within the horticultural sector in Canada and America. For this you work together with your colleagues in Canada as well as your colleagues in the salesteam in the Netherlands. You create opportunities by approaching leads, networking, visiting trade fairs and setting up targeted actions together with marketing. With your energy, drive and creative brain you have enough ideas to bring in new customers. Our market is the horticultural sector all over the world, where your focus is on Canada and America.
Selling ERP software to a customer sometimes take up to a year or more, a thorough approach is important here, as well as keeping focus on the process. As soon as a lead is interested, the presales expert and you give a demo and involve the external stakeholders at the customer in the process. You make an extensive offer in which it is about software licenses, implementation and possibly customization. You therefore have a good numerical insight and feeling for the structure and substantiation of quotations.
In addition to the external stakeholders, the internal stakeholders are just as important. You are therefore a real connector and team player; you are already looking for cooperation with the Project Manager in the sales process and know how to connect the developers and consultants. Even in the period of implementation, you remain involved at a bit more distance; after all, you want to be sure that your new customer is satisfied!
