Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating a wide range of visual content, including graphics, advertisements, brochures, 3D images, and photo editing. This role supports in production of dynamic social media and video content to enhance brand presence and user engagement. The designer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual materials align with the brand’s standards and effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conceptualize and develop various graphic pieces including:

• • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Trade show graphics (pull up banners, 10’ to 20’+ displays)
  • Icons
  • Photo editing
• Create and optimize print and online advertisements
• Working with the MARCOM manager to identify ad focus
• Distribute advertisements for approval and submit to publications
• Ensure all advertisement deadlines are met
• Monitor Ad effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Develop high-quality 3D models and animations for various projects, including marketing materials, product visualizations, and interactive media
• Assist with the creation of in-house video content, ensuring high-quality production
• Develop video storyboards

• Edit existing videos including images, text, sound and voice
• Assist with the creation of engaging social media content including:
• Developing text and images
• Sharing content on various social media platforms
• Tracking social media effectiveness

Do you qualify? We are seeking:

• College Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or similar
• Software:
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
• Intermediate experience using 3D software such as Blender, Unity or similar
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects, including graphic design, animation, web design, and video work
• Work Experience: 3-5 year previous experience in a multimedia design role or similar position is required (experience in B2B industrial space is a bonus)
• Attention to Detail: Precision and a keen eye for detail
• Creativity: High level of creativity and artistic ability
• Client Interaction: Experience working directly with clients (internal) to understand their needs and translate them into effective designs
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
