The Manager, Implementation Services is responsible for mentoring and coaching the Implementation team members in their efforts to deliver on time and on-budget implementation services, with the added goal of clients reporting high confidence levels at go live. The success of the Manager, Implementation Services, will be measured by their ability to collect data and use data to drive decisions; technical expertise in implementation tools and best practice; and their ability to communicate with senior leadership and all stakeholders.

As Manager, Implementations Services leader, you will take ownership of team projects, develop processes and maintain efficient operations for the team, and ensure deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standards agreed upon.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Be a motivational leader to our team of high performing implementation team members
Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation team members across three main areas – delivering effective onboarding solutions, project management best practices, and client accountability
Manage the staff’s day-to-day activities as the first-level people manager within the Professional Services department like managing vacations, providing approvals, goal setting for their team, performance management and coaching
Effectively manage team resources against demand including delegation of tasks to the functional Leads
Collaborate on implementation initiatives with functional Leads by setting clear vision and expectations
Enhance and evolve strategies for high adoption at the time of client onboarding and early time to value
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups via open and effective communication channels
Advocate for our clients through their onboarding on their journey to End Month End™
Build and refine scalable processes to augment implementation scores and drive client confidence throughout the onboarding experience and post-go-live, creating a referenceable onboarding experience
Identify process and program gaps, define and action strategies for improvement
Effectively manage implementation schedules, support project progression, in addition to submitting accurate productivity reports
Report on Key Performance Indicators (Satisfaction, Productivity and Accountability)
Provide cross-functional input to enhance the product, process, and overall client experience
Confidently define, execute and own response plans to escalated client onboarding issues with appropriate involvement of executive sponsors
Foster a collaborative work environment in alignment with Multiview values
Maintain foundational product knowledge and become the subject matter expert to lead the team
Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Master’s degree with major in Commerce, Finance, Business or related experience within accounting function (e.g., Payroll, Account Payable/Receivable, Accountant etc.)
Experience Level: 7-10 years of experience, at least 3 years external client-facing B2B consulting experience, AND, 3 years in a managerial role
Demonstrated experience leading innovative and solution-focused outcomes in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, problem solving, project management and change management skills
Demonstrated accountability for exceeding business to business client expectations
Commitment to leadership and takes accountability for the performance and professional development of their team
Strong relationship builder with demonstrated success in building rapport and credibility with both direct reports and clients
Innovative thinker with a growth mindset
Demonstrated excellence presenting to an executive-level audience, both written and oral
Experience making difficult decisions for the overall benefit of the business
Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office at the Intermediate or Advanced levels
Resourceful and self-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines, on multiple projects
Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients
PREFERRED:
Prior ERP or Multiview Financial Software experience is considered an asset
