Mundoro is a publicly listed company on the TSX-V in Canada and OTCQB in the USA with a portfolio of mineral properties focused on primarily base metals. The Company’s portfolio of mineral properties is currently focused on predominately copper in two mineral districts: Western Tethyan Belt in Eastern Europe and the Laramide Belt in the southwest USA.

The Opportunity

• The primary purpose of the Logistics Coordinator is to provide quality field and logistical support services to the

Exploration group and be responsible for the co-ordination of exploration programs and equipment, while assisting the Exploration team in the discovery of deposits.

• Exploration operations will be based out of Arizona. Working remotely from a home or field office will be complimented with field visits at exploration properties and around the southwest USA.
• This position is ideally suited for an individual who has either worked in the exploration division of a mid to large cap resource company and is seeking professional growth in an entrepreneurial exploration environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of assignments and assisting in multiple areas of the exploration programs, such as but not limited to:

• Provide support in the execution of remote exploration programs.
• Interpret and apply Geologists specifications and instructions.
• Coordinate support through sourcing of adequate suppliers for fit for purpose logistical support of exploration programs, including accommodation, communications, transport, and sample shipment.
• Field, camp, and office equipment purchases with appropriate authorization and invoice approvals.
• Consolidate, maintain, audit, and monitor existing field equipment, vehicles and mobile equipment as well as recommend acquisition of field items.
• Supervision, training, coordination, and coaching of field personnel on safe use of field equipment.
• Maintain a professional work environment, coordinating with members of the exploration team, technical service group and inter-company departments, to provide support for the Exploration team in USA.
• Private contractor employment and supervision, as well as safety inductions and requirements as required.
• Direct contractor interaction including supplier sourcing and networking to ensure competitive pricing of field services.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts to allow for research, monitoring, and trial of new field techniques with the aim of gaining a competitive advantage, while ensuring continuous improvement and realizing of cost savings.
• Understanding of all safety fundamentals including SOP, Risk Management, Hazard Reporting, and environmental legislations/acts including permitting requirements.
• Effective information dissemination within the region and with other Exploration regions.
• Administrative duties, computer software fundamentals, as required.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Must have legal status to work in USA.
• Experience (Minimum 8 years) planning, coordinating, and running logistic support for exploration programs in USA.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills including ability to set work priorities and complete tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the enthusiasm to actively seek, distribute and adapt new concepts.
• Administrative capabilities and MS Office skills.
• Advanced field skills, preferably in geological support activities.
• Strong leadership qualities and lateral thinker with good negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to challenging environment and constantly changing situations.
• Valid driver’s license.
