Human Resources Officer

Municipal Construction Limited is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, training, and payroll management.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Development and Implementation of HR Initiatives and Systems
• Providing guidance to employees on policies and procedures
• Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Providing Employee Support throughout the employment period.
• Maintain employee records
• Knowledge and Skills to include:
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay, recruitment, training and development)
• Thorough understanding of current labor laws
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proven problem solving ability and aptitude for decision making
